Who we are

ZetChat is a messaging and comment management service for business. ZetChat is the name of the service, not a separate legal entity. It is owned and operated by CV Zona Ekosistem Terpercaya, a company registered in Tangerang City, Banten Province, Indonesia.

What we build

We make software for teams that serve customers over messaging. ZetChat gathers conversations from several business WhatsApp numbers into a single shared inbox, controls who may see which conversation, and keeps the history so the same question does not have to be asked twice.

Most of our users are internet service providers and other service companies with many branches and many numbers. What they need is plain enough but rarely available: one workspace for the whole team, notes that survive a shift change, and clear access boundaries between branches.

How we work

• Customer data is not ours. Conversations and records inside ZetChat belong to the business using it. We process them to run the service, not to sell or to target advertising.
• We follow platform rules. Sending through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API is subject to Meta policy, including template rules and conversation windows. We do not offer ways around it.
• Changes are explained. Updates to our privacy policy and terms of service are dated and published on this site.
