Terms of Service

Effective 11 September 2026.

These terms govern use of the ZetChat service, owned and operated by CV Zona Ekosistem Terpercaya ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

ZetChat is web based software for managing customer messages and comments from the business numbers you connect, including a shared inbox, user and role management, saved replies, message template management, and rate limited bulk sending.

2. Accounts and security

Accounts are issued to people, not to job titles, and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to use the service to:

4. Platform policy compliance

Sending through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API is subject to Meta policy, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the rules on templates and conversation windows. You are responsible for making sure your recipient lists and message content meet those rules. Any suspension or limit Meta applies to your number is outside our control.

5. Customer data

Data and conversations you put into the service remain yours. We process them only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have a lawful basis to process the personal data of the consumers you contact through the service.

6. Fees and payment

Subscription fees follow the written quotation agreed by both parties and are invoiced in advance for each period. Any conversation charges levied by Meta for WhatsApp Business are billed separately at the applicable rate. Payment more than 30 days late may result in suspension of access.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. The service depends on third party providers, and an outage on their side can affect availability.

8. Intellectual property

The ZetChat software, interface, brand, and documentation belong to CV Zona Ekosistem Terpercaya. You receive a non exclusive, non transferable right to use them for the term of your subscription, and no other rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

You may end your subscription at any time with written notice. We may end the service in case of breach of these terms or unpaid invoices. After the service ends you may request a copy of your data within 30 days; after that it is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced by email to account administrators at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first addressed through good faith discussion. If no agreement is reached within 60 days, the dispute is settled at the Tangerang District Court.
